We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in general construction and civil works execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating project execution efficiently.

Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general construction and civil works
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination
✅ Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
✅ Experience in inspections, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
✅ UAE experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Review drawings and ensure proper implementation of works
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality compliance
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
• Manage material planning and site resource coordination

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge in civil construction works
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage
