Civil Engineer – Construction,Maintenance & Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in maintenance, fit-out, and construction works within the UAE, and holds an attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise maintenance projects end-to-end
• Oversee fit-out works and ensure quality standards are met
• Lead and coordinate construction projects across UAE sites
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and site documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety codes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (UAE attestation completed and valid)
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience working in the UAE
• Proven track record in maintenance, fit-out, or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
