Civil Engineer cum Procurement

We are hiring a Site Civil Engineer to manage material procurement and support site operations for construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials and services.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery to site.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor material delivery, quality, and usage.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and storekeepers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and site supervision (construction industry).
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and procurement processes.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Civil Engineer: 3 years (Required)
• Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AD Municipality License (Required)
• Driving License (Required)
