Key Responsibilities
Site Execution Support
- Assist in day-to-day site activities including civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and infrastructure works
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations, quality issues, and delays
- Support setting out, level checks, and measurement verification
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update daily site reports, DPRs, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, method statements, and inspection checklists
- Manage drawing registers, document control logs, and revision tracking
- Assist in preparing RA bills support documents, measurement sheets, and quantity abstracts
- Maintain records of material approvals, test reports, and inspection reports
- Support QA/QC documentation and handover dossiers
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with design consultants for drawing clarifications and revisions
- Support client and consultant inspections with proper documentation
- Maintain correspondence records (emails, letters, approvals)
Quality & Safety
- Ensure works comply with approved quality standards and safety norms
- Assist in maintaining safety records, permits, and toolbox meeting logs
- Report unsafe conditions and support corrective actions
Software & Tools
- AutoCAD (2D drawings & revisions)
- MS Excel (quantity tracking, reports)
- MS Word & PowerPoint (documentation & presentations)
- Basic knowledge of Revit / Civil 3D (preferred, not mandatory)
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Engineering 1 year & Diploma 3+ years experience in site execution and documentation
- Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Required Skills
- Good understanding of civil construction practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and record maintenance
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Site-oriented engineer with strong documentation discipline
- Experience in handling client/consultant documentation
- Ability to balance site support and office documentation work
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
