Civil ENGINEER DEWAS

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects within the plant premises (buildings, roads, drainage, foundations, and utility structures).
• Monitor and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance work in line with technical specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, work schedules, and project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (Factory Act, Environmental norms, etc.).
• Inspect ongoing site work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design.
• Oversee preventive and corrective civil maintenance for plant infrastructure.
• Support expansion projects, machinery foundations, and utility installations.
• Manage documentation, approvals, and ensure adherence to budgets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, industrial structures, and plant infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other design/project tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and compliance norms.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered).
• 3–8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Experience in plant construction, expansion, and maintenance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,355.37 - ₹62,881.56 per month
