Civil Engineer (DM Licensed) – Business Development Focus

We are a growing contracting company in Dubai seeking a proactive Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only manage technical project aspects but will also leverage their existing industry network to help secure and execute new projects. We are looking for a candidate currently based in the UAE who is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site operations for various contracting projects.
• Utilize existing contacts and customer networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients for project delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• License: Must hold a valid or recently expired Dubai Municipality (DM) License (G+1, G+4, or Unlimited).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in the contracting sector.
• Networking: Proven track record of existing relationships with clients, consultants, or developers in the UAE.
• Availability: Currently residing in the UAE (immediate joiners preferred).
• Preferred Nationalities: Any
