Civil Engineer (Dubai Experience + DM Certified)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong exposure to Dubai construction standards and Dubai Municipality (DM) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil works at site including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ensure project execution complies with Dubai Municipality regulations, project drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, method statements, and site inspection requests (IRs).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, material usage, manpower allocation, and ensure timely completion.
• Review and interpret drawings, raise RFIs, and propose technical solutions when required.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE/Dubai experience in construction projects.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Certified Engineer—Structural / General (Specify category if needed).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM regulations, and local authority procedures (DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Proven experience in site supervision, coordination, and execution of civil works.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
