Civil Engineer (Estimation Engineer)

We are seeking a highly motivated Estimating Engineer (Civil Engineer )to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in estimation for the USA construction companies, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction-related Qualifications, or related Estimation Certificates. This role involves working with software such as Planswift and Bluebeam and performing material take-offs for our US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Planswift and Bluebeam software for accurate project estimation.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project details and requirements.

• Perform detailed material take-offs for construction projects.

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Assist in bid preparation and submission.

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings.

• Maintain accurate records of estimating data and project documentation.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and cost factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in estimation.

• Construction-related qualifications or related estimation certificates are a plus.

• Proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam software.

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• US-based client experience is preferred.

200k salary. night shift 6pm-2pm. mon-fri
