Civil Engineer – Fit-Out Projects (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Civil Engineer with UAE fit-out experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and quotations, coordinating with the sales team, vendors, and site supervisors, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, including elevations, layouts, and floor plans.
• Prepare project quotations based on client requirements and approved drawings.
• Coordinate effectively between the sales team, vendors, and site supervisors.
• Update the project tracker on a daily basis and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with vendors weekly to ensure materials and services are delivered within the project timeline.
• Communicate any potential delays to the sales team and supervisors in advance to minimize project disruptions.
• Remind the sales team and supervisors of upcoming project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor the daily progress of ongoing projects and provide regular status updates.
• Manage and coordinate daily work schedules with team members.
• Provide detailed progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project teams have the necessary materials, resources, and information to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of UAE fit-out experience (required).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in preparing technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and project quotations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
