Civil Engineer - Fitout and interior project management (DM and G+1 certified)

MSH Contracting LLC is a leading company specializing in interior fit-out and contracting works across Dubai. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects with excellence and precision. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee fit-out and interior design projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, including technical drawings, permits, and approvals.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other relevant authority regulations.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval and G+1 License.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and interior project management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and handover procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• MOFA-attested degree is mandatory.
