Civil Engineer - Fitout and interior Project Management (DM, G+1 Certified)

Job description:

MSH Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out and interior works, with proven experience in project management and handling approvals from authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee fit-out and interior design projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, including drawings and permits.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other authority regulations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval and G+1 License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and interior project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and handover procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Valid MOFA attested degree
