Job Description:
Vision Development Project is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in building construction. The ideal candidate will lead and manage on-site operations, ensure project quality and timelines, and coordinate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building construction projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Supervise contractors and site activities
• Report progress and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management and site supervision skills
• Must be locally available in Oman or Qatar
• Willing to travel between Oman and Qatar as required
