Key Responsibilities

• Dubai Municipality Approvals: Managing submissions, obtaining structural approvals, and addressing technical queries from authority engineers.
• Design & Engineering: Preparing and reviewing structural calculations, shop drawings, and steel erection drawings.
• Fabrication & Site Supervision: Monitoring steel fabrication in workshops and supervising installation on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Technical Compliance: Ensuring all work meets UAE Building Codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Project Management: Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of structural works.
• Safety & Quality Control: Conducting site inspections and ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, especially for high-rise steel erection.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.

Accreditation: Valid Dubai Municipality Approval (G+1, G+4, or higher depending on the project).

Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in structural steel projects within the UAE/GCC.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
