Civil Engineer (G+4 Construction Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a valid UAE engineering license to join our contracting team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing residential and commercial construction projects up to G+4, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end execution of G+1 to G+4 construction projects

* Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations and authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.)

* Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams

* Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

* Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and site safety standards

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation

* Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals

Mandatory Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction (preferably G+4 projects)

* Valid UAE Engineering License (mandatory for company classification compliance)

* Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

* Experience in handling authority submissions and approvals

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools

* Strong leadership and site management skills
