Civil Engineer (High-Rise Buildings – Dubai Experience Required)

Job Description:

Laraix Developers LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing construction and development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects and strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authorities’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities for G+8 and above building projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction laws and engineering standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of UAE (Dubai) construction experience
• Proven experience in G+8 or higher building projects
• Active Society of Engineers (UAE) membership card – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and practices
• Ability to manage site execution independently
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with off-plan or residential development projects
• Familiarity with consultant approvals and authority inspections
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
