1-Civil Engineer

Minimum 5 Years of UAE Experience with Approved ADM.

Qualifications:

· UAE Attested Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institution.

· Valid UAE Society of Engineering membership.

· Strong Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices.

· Familiar with relevant codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, local standards).

· Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect all site civil activities, including shoring, piling, dewatering, excavation, backfilling, pipeline, concrete works, waterproofing and structural elements.

Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

Prepare daily reports, monitor progress and escalate issues as needed.

Coordinate with site team and contractors to ensure timely execution of works.

Participate in site inspections, snagging and quality assurance process.

Review and comment on contractor submittals related to civil works.

2-HSE. ADNOC approved only.

3-Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Manage project finances and ensure effective cost control.
  • Measure and value work done on-site (interim valuations and final accounts).
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports on expenditure and forecasts.
  • Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, including procurement and payment.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.
  • Support project managers with commercial aspects of construction.
  • Excellent computer skills, able to work with standard software programs 1 .e. Excel, Word, MS Project, Estimating specific software AutoCAD/Civil 3D etc.
  • Take off quantities based on drawings, specification and site measurements.
  • Must have minimum worked on roads & infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.

Salary package is negotiable according to experience & skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
