Civil Engineer | Industrial Exp Must | 4-6 Years Exp

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship following IS standards and building rules.
• Take site measurements and assist in preparing contractor bills and BOQ quantities.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure safety at site by enforcing PPE use and conducting safety briefings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth execution.
• Maintain site documents such as material registers, concrete records, and inspection reports.
• Manage material usage by checking delivery, monitoring stock, and preventing wastage.
• Solve site problems like design issues, level differences, and material shortages.
