Civil Engineer Internship

Field & Construction Support

• Site Visits: Accompany project managers and senior engineers on construction site visits to observe and learn about project execution.
• Data Collection: Assist with field work, including conducting surveys, site inspections, and observations to collect data.
• Quality Control: Support quality assurance by monitoring material usage and contractor progress on construction sites.
• Permitting: Help ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in order for project compliance.

Documentation & Communication

• Report Preparation: Assist in preparing engineering reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to document project developments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation, including files, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and discussions with other engineering disciplines to resolve issues.

Learning & Development

• Gain Practical Experience: Interns receive hands-on experience to understand practical applications of civil engineering principles.
• Mentorship: Learn industry best practices and standards by working closely with experienced professionals.
