Civil Engineer, Land Development (EIT or Early-Career PE), Boise

RiveRidge Engineering's Land Development Group designs some of the most interesting and challenging projects in Idaho. Our long-term core clients include Avimor, Harris Ranch, Hidden Springs, and Cartwright Ranch, high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments across the Treasure Valley. We are looking for an Engineer in Training or early-career PE who wants to grow into a licensed project engineer in a collaborative, mentorship-minded firm.

What you'll do:

• Detailed civil design: site layouts, grading and drainage, surface modeling
• Utility plans and profiles, roadway design
• Plans and specifications from concept through approval and construction

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• FE/EIT passed, or PE; strong written and oral communication
• Field, construction, or survey experience a plus
• Interest in helping develop and maintain company CAD standards

This is an in-office role in Boise, with occasional work from home in special circumstances. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; we are not sponsoring visas at this time.

Compensation and benefits: $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and licensure, plus bonus opportunities, 401(k) with match, health and dental, FSA, PTO, and a flexible schedule.
