Civil Engineer (Landcaping Company)

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily landscape construction operations, setting out sites, and ensuring adherence to technical drawings and designs.
• Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all landscaping work complies with UAE standards, municipal regulations (e.g., DM, ADM), and safety plans.
• Documentation & Estimation: Prepare and review cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), method statements, and technical submittals.
• Reporting: Submit regular progress reports to management and oversee site safety and QC/QA procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in the UAE construction or landscaping sector, particularly in arid climate landscape development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering software, and site surveying.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, site grading, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
