Civil Engineer (Project Execution)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong project execution capabilities to manage and oversee civil works at an industrial project site in Bicholim, Goa. The role requires hands-on expertise in planning, execution, billing, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, and billing (client and contractor).
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Review and interpret civil design drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.
• Monitor quality, timelines, and cost control of civil works.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of civil work planning and execution.
• Excellent knowledge of civil design concepts and construction methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in bill measurement and verification.
• Proficient in Civil AutoCAD.
• Prior experience working in locations similar to Goa (coastal / industrial environments) is preferred.

Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
