Civil Engineer - Project & Maintenance

Main Purpose of Job:

To support the Project Manager by providing technical / engineering expertise over one or more sites.

• Lead the project /site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain effective relation with the Management and clients

• Manage, design, develop, create procedures, methods and maintain small-scale through to Medium-scale construction/Civil /Maintenance projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner, Design maintenance strategies,
• Conduct site inspections with client’s preparation of estimation /sales proposals/condition survey /tender/technical report etc.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Comply with guidelines and local authorities’ regulations including permits, HSEQ documents and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Planning, coordination and carrying out scheduled maintenance and projects
• Audit and control of KPI’s and SLA related with contractual obligation.
• Responding to emergencies calls from the site
• Familiar and good knowledge of Civil materials specification, method of applications (Civil,

painting, flooring, water, proofing, epoxy, concrete mixing ratios / grade etc.)

• Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff, Provide advice to technical team.
• Organization of the preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems
• Introducing innovation and continues improvement across the portfolio.
• Witnessing testing and commissioning

Civil Engineer Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

· A minimum of 2 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

· Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.

· UAE Driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
