Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for complete project lifecycle management including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects from inception to completion
- Prepare project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
Cost & Budget Management
- Prepare and control project budgets
- Track project expenses and optimize costs
- Approve vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and BOQs
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure quality standards as per IS codes and project specifications
- Implement safety protocols and ensure site compliance
- Conduct regular quality and safety audits
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Conduct project review meetings and progress reporting
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans
- Resolve on-site technical and execution challenges
- Ensure minimal project delays and cost overruns
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, DPRs, MIS reports, and approvals
- Ensure statutory compliance and approvals
- Prepare completion reports and handover documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Experience in residential / commercial / infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
- Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, and tendering
Software & Tools
- AutoCAD
- MS Project / Primavera
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
