Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer – Project Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager for one of our ongoing projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience of no less than 8 years in project management within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle and ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
• Prepare technical and financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with government authorities (Municipality, Consultants, Developers) to ensure all approvals are obtained.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all project stages.
• Resolve site issues and make effective technical decisions to maintain project progress.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate between different disciplines (MEP, Architectural, Structural).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in construction project management.
• Strong background in building projects, villas, or high-rise developments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
