Job Description: Civil Engineer / Property Valuer

Location: Fatehpur, Raebareli, Lucknow
Experience Required: Minimum 1–5 years in Property Valuation
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Type: Full-time / Field + Office Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections for residential, commercial & industrial properties.
• Measure property dimensions, assess building conditions & verify site details.
• Prepare accurate valuation reports as per bank/NPA/financial institution formats.
• Take clear site photographs & maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs & team members for timely completion of reports.
• Analyse market data, circle rates & recent sale transactions.
• Ensure quality, accuracy & compliance in valuation work.
• Maintain records of visits, reports & follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of property valuation processes.
• Ability to read drawings, maps, layouts & understand construction techniques.
• Good command over MS Excel, MS Word & basic computer operations.
• Strong communication & reporting skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned district(s).
• Should be responsible, disciplined & deadline-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with banks, NBFCs & financial institutions for valuation.
• Practical knowledge of circle rates, market values, and property documentation.
• Candidates from Fatehpur, Raebareli, or Lucknow will be preferred.
