Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, site execution, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Handle variations, claims, and payment applications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Experience in both site engineering and quantity surveying is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of other software is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
