HIRING: Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Ethar Building Contracting LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

✅ Strong experience in Villa and G+4 Building Projects

✅ Proficient in Quantity Take-Off, Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Project Cost Control

✅ Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations

✅ Ability to review drawings, variations, and subcontractor payments

✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

* Conduct cost estimation and budgeting

* Monitor project costs and variations

* Review drawings and technical documents

* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project execution
