Civil Engineer : Residential / Commercial

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and execute residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, managing project schedules, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and material testing.
• Assist in procurement of construction materials and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones within budget and project requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Preferred: Experience with project planning, site supervision, and quality control in multi-storey buildings or commercial complexes.
• Support senior engineers and project managers in planning and project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Experience with residential and commercial building codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
