Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost control.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Support project closeout activities and final documentation.

Qualifications

• Saudi National (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction projects (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and project management practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.

• Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
• Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations.
