What You’ll Do?

• Manage engineering, procurement, and construction phases of civil projects as Owner’s Engineer.
• Review detailed civil/steel engineering design documentation.
• Conduct site control and inspection activities.
• Ensure integration of new investments into existing facilities.
• Review requirements and prepare tender documents as per the technical specifications based on the requirements,
• Prepare tenders documents of engineering, procurement and construction individually or as whole package,
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Manage all construction phases and assist in commissioning.
• Organize and/or participate in meetings, workshops, and similar events.
• Take necessary actions in response to additional work requests from your manager.
• Comply with occupational safety rules in your area of responsibility and report non-compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, internal regulations, standards, and instructions regarding the field of responsibility.
• Fulfill the duties assigned by the managers regarding his field of duty
• Effectively plan, implement, monitor, and improve Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) activities related to your department.

What We Look For?

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar roles in process industry, large-scale industrial construction projects in chemistry, petro-chemistry, oil & gas, and energy sectors.
• Experience in reinforced concrete, steel structures, and infrastructure design, engineering, installation, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of civil engineering documents, codes, and standards (TS, EN, ACI, Eurocode, etc.).
• Project management knowledge, certificate is a plus.
• Interested in digitalization, technology-driven transformation and process innovation.
• Ability to apply best practices in contractor management and front-line HSE support.
• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to different perspectives and flexible.
• Analytical, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude.
• A great team player with a go-getter attitude.
