Civil Engineer – Site Construction

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Civil Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day site construction activities. The role involves ensuring that projects are executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines, while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation & Quantity Surveying
• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress of works and provide daily/weekly updates to the project manager/management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling at site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress documentation, and quality control records.
• Assist in planning manpower and material requirements for smooth project execution.
• Address and resolve any site-related challenges promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• SOE Card Holder & Driving License preferred
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in site supervision and construction management preferred
• Proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
