Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in construction site management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with workers, contractors, and ensuring the project is executed as per drawings, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth execution.

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

Check measurements, materials usage, and maintain stock records.

Assist in preparing BOQ and material requirements.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.

Report site issues, delays, or risks to the Project Manager.

Support quality checks of concrete, steel, and finishing works.

Liaise with engineers, architects, and consultants as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or site engineering.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word/Excel), and site documentation.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to handle labor teams and resolve site-related issues.

Experience Required:

2+ years in construction / site supervision / site engineering.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,931.40 per month
