Job Description for Site Engineer :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision and ensure daily activities are carried out as per the project plan.
• Support in execution of civil, structural, and finishing works according to drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage reports.
• Assist in checking and ensuring the quality of materials delivered to the site.
• Report any deviations, delays, or issues to the Project Manager/ Senior Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and observation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
