Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee civil construction projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and guide project teams to maintain engineering standards.
- Review and approve drawings, designs, materials, and technical documents.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Junior-level role).
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and civil engineering standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other relevant engineering software.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work across Pan India project locations.
