Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute on-site construction activities for residential/commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and work progress reports
• Monitor material usage and site inventory
• Resolve site-level technical issues
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Ensure timely completion of work within budget

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in building construction (residential/commercial)
• Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential housing projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures
• Problem-solving and leadership skills

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 based on experience
