Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction activities and progress
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Manage materials, manpower, and site resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Most In-Demand Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Experience in site supervision and project execution
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools
• Understanding of construction safety standards (HSE)
