Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) Highways

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute road and highway construction projects as per design and standards.
• Monitor PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) & PLC works ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities within budget and schedule.
• Maintain daily work reports, material records, and progress documentation.
• Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge in PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) and PLC.
• Understanding of road & highway construction standards.
• Proficiency in project execution, site management, and quality control.
• Ability to handle manpower and resources efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
