Onix Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer (Site Supervision) to join our team and oversee the company’s ongoing construction projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Project Planning.
• Proven experience in site construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and site procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings, supplier drawings, and material samples, ensuring full compliance with contract documents.
• Inspect and test materials and structures supplied under the construction contract, coordinating implementation with or on behalf of the client.
• Liaise with contractors and local authorities to obtain all necessary approvals during the construction phase.
• Perform quality control and inspection services, including off-site inspections of fabricated works when required, to verify compliance with contractual standards.
• Ensure that the quality of materials and workmanship aligns with the consultant’s specifications and meets the project’s objectives.
• Manage and supervise the actual implementation of all works by contractors in accordance with approved estimates, specifications, standards, and drawings.
