Job Description:

Rising Star Group of Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in site supervision to oversee construction and infrastructure development across our school campuses. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at school project sites.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship at different stages of construction.

Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to management.

Prepare site reports, project documentation, and handle day-to-day problem-solving at the site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies.

Assist in cost control, material management, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in school/institutional/commercial projects).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and project specifications.

Good communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams.

Proficiency in MS Office/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
