Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team for carpentry & joinery fit-out projects in the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, guiding workers, ensuring quality standards, and reporting progress to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor carpentry, joinery, and fit-out works at project sites.
• Guide and manage workers to ensure tasks are completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of site supervision experience (preferably in carpentry, joinery, or interior fit-out).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Must be able to read drawings and use AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
