Civil Engineer (SOE Required)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with Interior Fit out experience with a valid UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating project works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and interior fit-out works at site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and materials
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B. Tech or equivalent)
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in interior Fit out (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction and site execution

Preferred

• Experience in Abu Dhabi projects
• Knowledge of local authority regulations
• Experience in interior fit-out Companies
• Valid SOE Membership (Mandatory) from the UAE Society of Engineers
