Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer specializing in structural design and site supervision to join our engineering consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions, as well as supervising site activities to ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Supervise construction works on site to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare site reports.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and project timelines are maintained.
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related structural issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and site supervision.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari regulations and international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode).
• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
• UPDA/MMUP certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage both office design work and site supervision effectively.

Based on qualifications and experience.
