Civil Engineer-Swimming Pool Construction

Job Summary:
Affordable Group of Companies is hiring a dynamic Civil Engineer with expertise in Swimming Pool Construction and Business Development. The ideal candidate will manage swimming pool construction projects while actively identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting company growth within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Project Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage swimming pool construction projects from start to completion
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure proper execution on site
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for swimming pool construction and related services
• Generate leads through site visits, client meetings, and networking
• Meet consultants, contractors, developers, and property management companies
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations
• Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Support company growth in construction, maintenance, and AMC contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–6 years UAE experience in swimming pool construction
• Experience in sales, business development, or client handling is highly preferred
• Knowledge of pool structure, waterproofing, finishing, and coordination works
• Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent communication and client management skills
