Civil Engineer - Swimming Pool Construction Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in swimming pool construction to oversee and manage on-site projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for swimming pool projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on status.
• Resolve any on-site technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to design plans.
• Manage and mentor on-site construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in swimming pool construction.
• Proven experience as an on-site supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
