Civil Engineer – Swimming Pool Specialist

• To design and development of residential and commercial swimming pool projects.
• Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed construction drawings.
• Oversee excavation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and waterproofing processes.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of pool systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials procurement.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in swimming pool construction.
• Strong understanding of pool hydraulics, water treatment systems, and structural requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Familiar with waterproofing systems and materials used in pool construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
