CIVIL ENGINEER – TECHNICAL OFFICE

Position: Civil Engineer – Technical Office
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in residential villa construction projects
Specialization: Technical Office for Building Construction to Fit-Out Works
License: Valid Qatar Driving License

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer – Technical Office to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical office activities, project coordination, quantity take-off, shop drawing review, material submittals, planning support, and coordination with site and consultant teams for building construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
• Quantity take-off and estimation for civil and fit-out works
• Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitoring project progress and supporting planning activities
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Assisting in project documentation, reports, variations, and as-built drawings
• Technical coordination for villa construction and fit-out activities

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building construction and technical office operations, including fit-out projects (especially luxury villa projects)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and technical coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software
• Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
• UPDA/MMUP certification preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently

Salary & Benefits:

Total monthly salary package ranging from QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
