Civil Engineer, Tendering & Contract Departments.

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in Tendering and Contracts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering and expertise in tender preparation and cost estimation.

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, prepare and verify orders, and ensure compliance with specifications and BOQs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to adjust cost estimates and technical submissions.
• Collect historical data for accurate cost estimation of projects.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of materials, labor, and services for ongoing and future projects.
• Monitor and manage the entire tendering process from submission to award.
• Implement and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems.
• Review material and labor requirements to determine project feasibility.
• Provide technical reports, recommendations, and advice to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, contracts, and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tendering tools.

Salary:
