Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in building construction projects. The candidate must be certified and classified by the Ministry of Municipality (MMUP) in Qatar for Building Works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise building construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar construction laws, standards, and MMUP regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and cost estimates.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Must hold valid MMUP/Ministry of Municipality certification in Qatar (Building Works classification).
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
