Civil Engineer (UPDA Registered) – Interior Fit-Out Experience Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with valid UPDA registration to join our team in Doha (Currently availabe in Doha with Valid QID). The ideal candidate will have solid experience in civil works along with hands-on exposure to interior fit-out and finishing projects. This role requires both technical expertise and strong site supervision capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil and interior fit-out works
• Ensure work execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and reports
• Ensure proper material usage and site resource management
• Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Qatar
• Valid UPDA/MME Engineering License (mandatory)
• Proven experience in interior fit-out and finishing works
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, architectural, and interior)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Valid Qatari driving license is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or office fit-out projects
• Familiarity with MEP coordination
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
