(JUNIOR ROLE) Job Location: DubaiSalary: 3K + Shared accommodation. We are seeking an accomplished Site Engineer for an immediate start. He will be responsible for the delivery of various mid end to high-end interior fit out and design work. IMMEDIATE start required. You will be responsible for a number of projects across Dubai, focused on villa construction and Interior fit outs. Key Responsibilities· Overall delivery responsibility for multiple fit out and refurbishment projects· Procurement planning and scheduling.· Able to train and lead the team.· Project Reporting· Must able to understand drawings.

Contributing directly to the transformation of Dubai's residential landscape, the Civil Engineer – Villas oversees interior fit out and refurbishment projects for high-end villas, ensuring timely delivery, effective procurement, and clear project reporting. Collaborating with teams and interpreting design drawings, this role shapes comfortable, beautiful living spaces for villa residents.
